In 2001 we travelled around Australia to enjoy some time off, a beautiful environment and "the Australian way of living”. In a country where the sun always shines, a bikini is not exactly a luxury product. And therein lays the problem: for years we had been looking for a trendy bikini with a good fit. Let’s face it, most women do not carry the same size top and bottom. In Port Douglas we first came into contact with Seafolly beachwear and it was love at first sight. Seafolly is a godsend for all women, because top and bottom sizes are available separately. Setting the seasons trends, Seafolly offers a fun, fashion forward and innovative range of swim and lifestyle wear. After all, where in the world would they have more understanding of beach lifestyle than in Australia?

Back in the Netherlands, we discovered that Seafolly was only available in a few stores, with limited stock. Fortunately, our Australian contacts were able to provide us with the new collection every year. However, shops in The Netherlands do not offer any alternative solution to date.

We have been loyal customers for over ten years and enjoy swimwear that fits well and looks great. Over the years the Seafolly concept got many of our friends excited, therefore we decided to start our own exclusive web store. No more endless shopping in stores where no one has time to help you, swimwear that is not available in your size, tops and bottoms that aren’t sold separately, tight changing rooms with bright lights. Yet providing many advantages of shopping: trying on a bikini in the comfort of your own home and if it doesn’t fit: just ask for another size.

Our online shop turned out to be a huge success. As no woman is the same, we figured no brand is the same either. So we included a new brand to our collection: Baku. Just as Seafolly, Baku is an Australian brand that has been known since the '70's for its ingenious designs. Its pants and bathing suits are complemented with their unique Tommy Control Technology. We just love the designs and colours, as we hope you will too.
