How can I order?
To order a Seafolly product, select the item of choice and add it to your shopping bag. You can continue shopping and add more items to the shopping bag if you would like to purchase several Seafollly products at the same time. You can also change or delete items later. To continue the order process, click on “order”. If you do not have an account yet, you will be asked to create one. Otherwise you can login by using your login details. It is important to use your own account, because in the future you could benefit from special offers for regular customers. When creating your account, you will be asked whether or not you would like to receive our newsletter. The newsletter will be sent out a few times a year and to inform you about new collections, special offers or discounts.
When ordering please confirm the shipping address. The delivery will generally fit in a mailbox, but for larger orders we recommend an address where you are present during the day, for example your work address or the address of the neighbors. If the order does not fit in the mailbox, PostNL Post will leave a message with the new delivery date. If this date is not convenient for you, please follow PostNL guidelines on picking up the order at your nearest PostNL office.
Your order will be confirmed by e-mail. If you have not received this confirmation, please contact us.
How does the delivery process work?
PostNL delivers all our orders; they usually deliver one day after they receive the order from us. The delivery will generally fit in a mailbox, though it is possible that TNT will hand over the order to you personally if you are present.
Order which are too large to fit in a regular mailbox will be sent by PostNL packaging. If PostNL is not able to deliver the order after two attempts, they will leave instructions for you to retrieve the order from the nearest PostNL post office. In some cases PostNL will leave the package with your neighbours. In that case, a message will be left in your mailbox.
We do not send orders to a PO Box.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment through iDeal, Bank Transfer, MasterCard or Visa. The ordering process is done via a secure connection (SSL) so your payment is completely safe. The order will only be accepted when the payment is fully settled.
How can I Return or Exchange my order?
All items you buy from us can be returned or exchanged. A special offer or limited sales article cannot be returned or exchanged. In principle you can exchange an item free of charge. If you wish to exchange an item several times, you are responsible for the correct postage.
To return an item you will need to notify us by e-mail via info@zubibeachwear.nl.
You can use the packing slip that was sent with your order to fill in the applicable data, which are indicated at the back side of the form. If you wish to exchange items, it is advised to state the wanted items in your notification e-mail. This way, we can reserve the items for you. Don't forget to fill in you bank account number in case you need to be reimbursed.

The returned item must comply to the following requirements:
The envelope or package must be sent according to our instructions. Complete return forms only will be processed.
We accept returns within ten days after purchase. Return packages that do not comply with the before mentioned requirements will NOT be accepted without prior approval.
All returned items MUST be unworn and unwashed and wrapped in the original packaging. When applicable, the hygiene strip will need to be attached to the product upon return. Returned items that do not meet these conditions will NOT be accepted.
How do I cancel my subscription to the newsletter?
Cancelling your subscription is no problem, of course. However, we do try to only send out relevant information for our customers. To cancel your subscription, please send an e-mail to info@zubibeachwear.nl and we will remove you form our mailing list.
What's in the newsletter?
Our newsletter is sent only few times a year, and only if there is a reason to. This allows you to be informed about new Seafolly collections, limited editions beachwear or products on sale. You can cancel your subscription at any time if you no longer wish to receive the newsletter.
What are "Cookies"?
Cookies are small files that are left behind on your computer. These files will ensure that your computer will recognize our website for instance or will be able to download the website faster. These cookies can be removed from your computer easily.
How do I determine my size?
Our website contains a separate page with instructions on how to take your own measurements. This page also includes a Seafolly size chart and instructions on the best fit for your figure. If you are new to Seafolly products, we suggest you take your measurements before ordering to make sure you order the right size.
How do I best treat the garments?
Our bikini’s and one piece suits are delicate products. Please find some tips below to keep your beachwear in the best condition possible:
- Do not fold the garments while wet
- Use delicate detergent to wash a bikini
- Do not leave a bikini resting in detergent
- Rinse the garments in cold water after use (not sea water!)
- Do not dry the garments in direct sunlight
- Avoid rough surfaces
- Sunscreen could damage the fabric
- We would not advise to wear the garments in a sauna or solarium
- Do not dry the garments in direct sunlight
